  NEVER using Emerald again!!! This was our second time using them and it was our biggest mistake! We went in looking for new carpet telling them what we wanted and including that we have dogs so it needs to be pet friendly. After going through the whole process we picked a carpet that they recommended and that we loved. After the carpet was installed we started to get pulls everywhere on the carpet so we called Emerald asking what is going on and the person on the phone says “Oh yeah I wouldn’t have recommended that carpet with a dog.” We had phone calls, visits, installer came back out and after all this BS the owner basically said it was our fault after we had been recommended this carpet to buy. TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE experience, and overall TERRIBLE product! Would not recommend this company to anyone!!

  Glad we picked Emeralds for our new living room carpet. Took only 2 weeks to order our carpet and have it installed. The sales staff, gentlemen who came out to measure the room and the installer were all very professional. I highly recommend supporting this local business.

  Carpet installed 2 years ago now buckling in several areas in the room. Called and sent pictures as requested with no return calls. With proper installation Carpet should not buckle after 2 years. Furniture or heavy objects were not moved across the carpet . Disappointed.

  Had this company repair a tile floor in my bathroom, and the guy did a better than initial installation job. Professional, and kept the area very clean. Great work, would hire them again!
