- DPDawn R PattersonMay 30, 20231.0On 3/22/23, the driver of a tractor trailer truck delivering very large materials to a construction site on a narrow neighborhood street, damaged my front lawn. On the 22nd the driver stopped and took pictures of the damage. I was also given the name of the general manager, Mike. I called Mike on 3/28 & 3/31, leaving a message both times. I have yet to receive a return phone call. More recently, I sent an email to Builders First Source and the contracting company Kenny Construction Group. Again, I have yet to receive any response to my efforts to communicate with the company. The emails were sent on 5/12 and a follow-up on 5/23. Customer service is tremendously important, and essential when hiring a company. I am beyond disappointed that Mike from Builders First Source has not responded to any of my communications. I would not use this company, if they cannot respond to sincere communications. If they have damaged my lawn and not been willing to discuss rectifying the situation, I can only image how they would interact with honest business transactions. I recommend that you NOT use this company.
