  Codey and Shane Jr. were awesome to work with on my insurance claim for an ice dam causing water damage to the interior of my property. Codey contacted me quickly and communicated clearly and thoroughly, and was helpful guiding me through the inspection, mitigation, and rebuild estimate processes. He and Shane Jr. were very knowledgeable of the insurance side of things and their process, and I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. Shane Jr. conducted a very thorough inspection of the interior, patiently listened to all my questions, and addressed my concerns in layman's terms that gave me a full understanding of the situation, root causes, and next steps. Overall, while I obviously wish the circumstances for working with them were different (no ice dam requiring an insurance claim), I'm very thankful for them and PDR and would work with them again without hesitation. Thanks for taking such good care of me, guys! :)

  We are currently in the middle of a restoration project with Paul Davis Restoration in Oakmont, PA, and I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by the consistently high level of service. Their responsiveness has been amazing from the start. The team is always available, courteous, and professional. Even when small hiccups have come up along the way—things that had nothing to do with their project—they’ve still been incredibly helpful. What really stands out is how much they care about the homeowners, not just the work itself. Their crews are respectful, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in what they do. They’ve also quickly referred me to other trusted subcontractors, plumbers, and specialists for issues unrelated to the restoration project, which has been incredibly helpful during a stressful time. It’s rare to see this level of customer care, especially in the middle of a project, and I’m genuinely impressed with their continued support and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Paul Davis Restoration in Oakmont.

  There was wind damage to my siding and my insurance company sent Shane out to mitigate the damage. He was able to fix what I thought was a much bigger issue that day and I avoided having to take a hit with my insurance. While talking to him about other projects I needed done he spotted a leak, identified the problem, and was able to help me with that as well. I ended up retaining his company and services for some projects around the house like power washing the siding, replacing some fence pickets and a gate, as well as replacing siding. He was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and very fair pricing. I’ll definitely be utilizing Shane and his team for future home projects. Knowledgeable, reliable, and fair are the things I look for and he and his team checked all the boxes. Highly recommend!
