Their responsiveness has been amazing from the start. The team is always available, courteous, and professional. Even when small hiccups have come up along the way—things that had nothing to do with their project—they’ve still been incredibly helpful. What really stands out is how much they care about the homeowners, not just the work itself. Their crews are respectful, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in what they do. They’ve also quickly referred me to other trusted subcontractors, plumbers, and specialists for issues unrelated to the restoration project, which has been incredibly helpful during a stressful time. It’s rare to see this level of customer care, especially in the middle of a project, and I’m genuinely impressed with their continued support and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Paul Davis Restoration in Oakmont.

They took care of the damage in my guest room and my hallway also in my living room. I just wished that they would have done our work in 2022 when our home was flooded. Thank you so much.

Joel went above and beyond when I requested a different door with a different handle be installed as a replacement - it didnt fit but he exceeded expectations by sanding and finishing the door so it could fit and be flush. They definitely do not cut corners!

They were set up for fire damage, so the President of the company came out at 8pm and got a tarp over the damaged area. Call these guys, they're absolutely fantastic, respectful to the property and it's inhabitants (even our mean chihauhau), and they do great work. Can't recommend them enough
