A week later, it sits completely dead because the legs won't retract so we couldn't move it. They come out, get it, keep it for a week. Give it back. Does the same thing again the next day. When the boss calls to complain and waits his money back he got laughed at. They are still refusing let us talk to someone beyond the rental team.
