From start to finish, this company was a pleasure to work with. David, who helped give us the quote, made sure we were well informed of our options and helped us understand what was needed in out home. Keith, Mike, and Matt who did the installation of the injection foam were very kind and made sure everything looked exactly the way they found it when they were done. We are so happy with the results and are looking forward to having insulation in our 226 year old farmhouse (all we had for insulation was horse hair plaster). I highly recommend working with this company.

From front to back great job. Mike, Keith, and Matt great installation crew. Only, constructive advise id give is it takes a while to complete the service. So be patient its worth it. But they could improve on the process development.

We used Retrofoam to insulate our 46 year old house. The guys arrived on a windy 39 degree day. It took about 5 hours and there is no evidence that they were here. They were neat and did no damage to our flowerbeds or decks. Can’t tell that the vinyl siding was disturbed. All that is left is to feel the impact that good insulation has on our heating and cooling bills.

From start to finish - RetroFoam of Philadelphia was a superb experience.
Initially with the conversation I had with the sales rep, David, who was incredibly personable and presented all information/solutions that RetroFoam could offer. Not only did this exceed my expectations from an introduction & proposal, but the price was extremely competitive to other contractors who cost much more.
Installation for both types of insulation: injection & spray foam, where handled by separate teams with positive attitudes and personalities. Both of which described exactly what they would be doing where, estimated timeframe for their activities and kept me posted on any issues or questions they had.
I've used their services twice and aim to continue to use them where injection & spray foam make the most sense in my house. I cannot say enough good things about them overall and with their warranty - I don't believe anyone would be disappointed with them.
