Mike was very professional and helpful in the store and promptly added me to the schedule. The man who came to the initial home visit was friendly and professional and explained the details of the job very well. He explained the different options to me and patiently answered my questions. The day of the job Manny and his crew were excellent from start to finish. They completed the job ahead of time and our floors look great! The prices were reasonable and the work was completed in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend Kasey's and would use them again for any future flooring needs.

As a first time homebuyer, all of this was completely new to me and Steve took his time explaining our options, his recommendations and answering my many questions. At no point did I feel pressured to accept the quote or felt upsold, Steve and his team genuinely just wanted us to be happy with the results and be knowledgeable in the decision being made. They even went above and beyond to fit us into their busy schedule since we had a time crunch for our move-in. Our floors look phenomenal and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process with Kacey's was extremely pleasant, easy and well-done. If I need work done again, I know who to call & will recommend to anyone looking for flooring!

The installers were polite and complete professionals and made sure the work areas were clean and every piece of furniture was put back in place before they departed. We will be using Kacey's to redo our kitchen floors.
