  Hello. Met with Arther this afternoon. We were having a problem with our garage door and quickly assessed the problem and gave me a quote for the job. After I accepted the quote he went rite to work on repairing the problem. He was a professional with the explanation, the repair and cleanup after he was done. Really appropriate him coming out and would highly recommend him.

  Service call by Frank Pastella at 513 Logan Road was brief but satisfactory(10 minutes).( sprayed the tracks) I do believe that better disclosure on the phone or website as to the service call charge would be very helpful. Do not assume that everyone understands that there is a charge just for showing up.

  Jaydor saved the day in my hour of need! 9pm at night we had an emergency damaged 30ft garage door. I sent Jaydor a picture of the damage and they were out first thing the next morning. They were able to repair the damage safely, quickly and cost efficiently. I can’t say enough about how great their service is. I WILL be using them again.

  The garage door opener was checked, the sensors were aligned and anchored to the garage floor properly and the malfunctioning sensor was replaced and rewired. The technician arrived within a reasonable time frame, kept me informed of the repair process and made sure that everything related to the garage door was working correctly before leaving. Bank records will show my receipt, which was all inclusive of part, service charges and labor. JAYDOR garage door service was up front about the charges. Warren, the technician was polite, knowledgeable , pleasant, and professional. I would recommend this service.
