I came out Monday morning (Christmas week) to get my car out of the garage, the spring broke and when I tried to manually move the door up, it started twisting the cables on either side. I didn't want to take a chance on doing further damage but needed to get the car out. I called JayDor, explained the situation and they got somebody out to my house, Christmas Eve morning. The repair man (Jack Eavis) was a great guy and I knew I could trust him when my dog, who is super protective and will almost always go nuts when a stranger shows up, gave him a few sniffs and walked away. He explained exactly what it happened, gave me three different options for the repair, showed me exactly what he had done when he was finished, asked if I had any questions, and I felt the cost was very reasonable. He was super helpful, polite, cleaned up everything before he left and wished me happy holidays - I wish I had the same experience with all the service people to come to my house!
