  Tremain Wilson & Jaydor were wonderful to work with. I had a warranty repair needed on a garage door that Jaydor initially installed. He Jaydor responded quickly with a reasonable repair date. The office staff were very professional and friendly, and clearly communicated how the repair would go Along with the approximate cost. Tremain, my repair technician, did a wonderful job. He also, was very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Went on site, he clearly communicated what he felt the problem was and how he was going to approach the repair. Tremain completed the repair in a timely manner. He then explained to me what work he performed and why, and also gave me some maintenance tips to help avoid future problems. Really enjoyed working with him. Great work by Jaydor and Tremain.

  Jack, the Jaydor Service Technician, was quite helpful. He explained in detail the maintenance and installation required to make us whole again. Jack did a wonderful job and did thorough testing of the installed and adjusted equipment to make sure that there were no issues. Jack was very professional and personable -- a pleasure to work with.

  Jaydor is the ONLY place to go for garage door service. They set me up with an appointment right away and the technician, Jack, showed up on time. He was professional, courteous & friendly, and quickly assessed and repaired the problem. It was a great experience and an example of how businesses should run. Great service at a reasonable price. Thank you Jack and the JayDor team!

  Our garage door is rather old and misbehaving in odd ways. I had no idea how to fix it and thought it might be expensive. Jack looked it over, recognized the problem said it wasn’t that serious and gave me a price which was very reasonable much less than I expected and within about 30 minutes had the problem resolved and the door was working perfectly. I couldn’t be more pleased. And Jack was very pleasant to work with. I was glad we called your company.

  I was unlucky enough to get Jaydor as my installation company from Home Depot. They first came out to install my garage door opener and told me that I needed new springs for my garage door. I said ok how much. The tech said $88. I said not a problem, however is that all its going to cost, because I don't want to be surprised by additional costs, since I already paid $99 to home depot for the installation. Nope thats all it needs is springs. So I said perfect and after playing phone tag with the scheduler for 3 months, finally got my service day. The day of the service the same tech came back to install, and then said oh wait I got to call the office. He comes back and says more work needs to be done. Its now going to cost $285 to do the repairs. I said I can't afford it because I just had to put a $11k engine in my truck. No problem, just call us when your ready. Now they won't honor the home depot install, because they don't work with home depot anymore ( i wonder why) but we will be more than happy to come out for the full regular price and install it for you, and maybe we can find some more random things to upsell you on to make more money off of you. Um yeah no thanks, I'll hire the guy that lives in his van down by the river, before hiring you guys. Update 11/5/25 - After the response below saying to call so we can work something out, there response was that they still can't do anything for me and that the below is just a generic AI response to reviews.... Hey at least they're honest about their generic responses and honest about still not wanting to help
