Joe, the owner, went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly with the preparation of the work that was being done on my chimney and installing my new gas insert and log set. The communication between this company and their customer was excellent. The installers, Gary and Jose, worked so efficiently, they were polite and pleasant and their attention to detail was top notch. They respected my home by covering all of my furniture, using drop clothes in all areas where they would be walking and cleaned up after the job was completed. I wish I could have given them a 10 star rating because that is what they deserve. I will not hesitate to recommend Chimney Scientists to my friends, family and anyone looking for an outstanding company to do any kind of chimney work or installing a new gas insert and log set!
