They were punctual, professional, and communicated clearly, texting us before they arrived so we always knew what to expect. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through our options without any pressure at all. They cleaned and repaired our 60-year-old chimney, then installed our wood-burning insert with great care. They also worked with us to take full advantage of the available tax rebate, which we really appreciated. What truly set them apart was their exceptional customer service. When the insert we chose wasn’t available, we were prepared to wait until next year. Then Kristen called to let us know another customer had canceled and the exact insert we wanted had become available, giving us the opportunity to move forward sooner than expected. After the installation, a small burn mark on the tile, previously hidden by the old fireplace cover, was visible due to a slight difference in size. Chimney Scientists told us they would special-order a custom back plate to cover it at no charge, which speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to doing the job right. They were meticulous about cleanliness, leaving our home spotless when the work was done. Professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on what was best for us, Chimney Scientists exceeded our expectations in every way. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The communication was great! Although our appointment had to be moved back a week (Gas fireplace insert shipment was delayed) Steven and Armando came on time, explained what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. All of my new furniture, new carpet, etc was carefully covered before work started. Steven went over the new gas unit and remote with me and explained everything in addition to giving me the manual. It's a good thing he showed me in detail as we lost power the very next day and I was able to successfully install batteries for everything to continue to work through our one day power outage. Thank you Steven and Armando.
