We would have never known if they hadn’t left the stove unleveled. They get two stars because they addressed the situation quickly, but selling us a professional/scientific service at a premium and then sending a hack to do the job pretty much destroyed any confidence we might have had in this business.

Gave a star cause the office was quick to call. Sent another team and assured me they would have enough this time. My in laws were moving in and I needed this done and finish to get them settled in. Due to fumes they had to sleep in our guest room and not their bedroom. To only be told once again from the team coming to remove the paint and peel it was apply too thin again. Leaving my it looking horrible. Update: team arrived apparently not knowing why they were there. Left the brick wall half finished. My father in law had to explain the issue after I was assured they would not leave it a mess again but they still did.
