They found some more serious issues that needed to be addressed and were very fair and reasonable with their pricing and got us moved up on the schedule again for the actual repairs. Fair pricing, very clear communication and easy scheduling and very knowledgeable and helpful. They left everything cleaner than it was before they started the work. Highly recommend and we will use them in the future for all chimney/fireplace related work.
