  Great people. Just don't think our communication was on the same page. They were suppose to have come out for an estimate and see whats wrong. They started doing a service call. I mainly blame myself. Only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because they misdiagnosed the problem and I would have saved money and not had to finish the job myself.
