  Pass. They Won't quote unless they waste a day of your time. Get their advanced fee. Then hand you a high quote in person and pressure you not to lose more time or your fee to move on. Will not provide an hourly rate. Will not quote something as simple as a breaker. Move on to smaller independents. Tvey are too large and you'll pay twice as much or more.

  I experienced an issue with an outlet in my bathroom. I Googled electric repair in my area. The Edison company was the first one to pop up. I read the information on the company and immediately called them. From the start, they were extremely helpful. I arranged a repair visit. Scheduled for mid-week, I received a message from the company that Jason was on his way. He was so nice and got to work. Fast and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better person to do my job. So I will certainly call them again in the future.

  I am very pleased with the services of your employee/electrician Jasin who promptly showed up @ our house in less than an hour of contacting your company. He is very knowledgeable & did a thorough inspection of some aging outlets/electrical wiring in our kitchen/breakfast room & several outside lighting fixture & lamppost which tripped circuit breaker. He inspected all meticulously revealing the problems. He replaced two electrical boxes today. Additional work on outside lamp post & another outdoor light required. Jasin explanations were clear & repeated as needed. Answering all questions. Thank you for sending Jasin... I feel very fortunate. Lori H.

  I had a wonderful experience with Tyler at Thomas Edison! We had previously been quoted a ridiculous amount of money to fix an electrical issue we were having, so we thankfully decided to call around. We found Thomas Edison and Tyler came out and asked to run some diagnostic testing. We were hesitant at first thinking the money we would have to pay for that (which he gave us a discount on) could be used towards the repair work if we decided to use a different company. But we decided to let him do the testing and the next thing we knew, within a few minutes, the electricity that was off in our master bedroom came back on! To make a long story short, he repaired the problem and saved us hundreds of dollars! Thank you so much Tyler and Thomas Edison!!! We will definitely refer others to you guys and use you guys again if we ever need electrical work done, and we will certainly request Tyler!

  Quick, professional, and quality service all around. Thomas Edison was the only company willing to come out late on a Saturday when we had no electricity. Their inspection exposed longtime problems that were expensive to repair but were done to code. The technicians were friendly and explained things clearly. Customer service is the best I've ever encountered, and I'm not young. I recommend Thomas Edison without any reservations at all.
