  I have used Thomas Edison Electric for multiple jobs. They are happy to work around your schedule. My electrician, Michael, arrives during the window promised. He’s very knowledgeable and professional.

  So first of all very nice technician. Kept their appointment when other electricians kept rescheduling. Had to repair two outlets in my kitchen. Cost me almost $400 And when we began asking about other work. Just for them to do an inspection they wanted almost $2,000. When the average home price is $600 to $800. And my wife and I very much felt that it was a ploy to obtain more money. And as a warning, the loan company that Thomas Edison Electric uses is in legal difficulty in multiple jurisdictions for predatory practices. Their electrical work is top notch. And if you're going to need an electrician. Don't finance anything through them, and pay it all off. Overpriced. But their work is excellent

  We just engaged Thomas Edison for the first time for a few upgrades. Todd was a great technician. On time, very pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. He gave use options and recommendations, and was honest in what he thought was most reasonable for our needs. We’d definitely call them again for future electrical work - and hopefully Todd would come back. 🙂 Strongly recommend!

  The troubleshoot was pricey, but our technician Mike was very knowledgeable very kind and outlined in detail what the issue was and how to resolve the problem. I appreciate it that he led with knowledge and facts about our electrical issue and fire safety. Would def recommend Mike he gets a 10 out of 10. Company overall I would give five stars if troubleshoot wasn’t as expensive.

  If your looking to get ripped off this is the company to go with! After working in the electrical field for over 12 years and finding out a neighbor had an electrical service upgrade due to an emergency which you charged for an emergency call at $500 then nothing was done till the next day and was charged $11,000 I was appalled. I recently upgraded my service and only had to pay for material which came out to $1,500 that’s $9,500 in profit… oh and the electrician on the job was an apprentice making less then $30 an hour so where did all that money go….oh wait that’s right commission. I’m glad your business is booming with people struggling to get by so they can pay these outrageous prices. All of my friends, family, coworkers, and any customers I come across will know how much of a rip off this company is! Maybe instead of teaching how to upsell and charge a lot for commission for your employees look at treating customers with respect!
