    BEWARE! It’s a shame it’s so hard to find a good trustworthy company these days that isn’t trying to nickel and dime you for everything you’ve got. They don’t care about customer satisfaction and they definitely do NOT honor their “1 year work guarantee” I used them back in April of 2025. I had 3 electrical outlets that went out. Started out with a $50 dispatch fee to the site, if you use them for the work they waive it..fine. The electrician got here, asked some questions and then said it’d cost $400 to start “troubleshooting”. It was a little off putting, I asked what happens if you cant find the issue? He said basically I’d be out my money, i was very apprehensive but gave the go ahead because I needed these outlets to run some appliances. It wasn’t but a few minutes after he started his troubleshooting he said he had found a loose wire. Which fixed the problem…he then said he wasn't going to charge the full $400 because he found the issue so quickly, which was great! I had him replace a couple outlets as well. All in $350 or so which I thought was definitely fair! Fast forward to the end of 2025 with the “one year work guarantee “ the same 3 outlets go out…so I called them back. Took them about 10 days to get back out, they seemed apprehensive at first, I was also on a 3 way call with the previous electrician, they had me try and troubleshoot what the issue could be over the phone…I checked panels and GFIs and did everything I could with my minimal electrical knowledge…when they finally came again I wasn't home, my wife was. I knew two of the outlets were in front and back of the home and needed some waterproofing which I wanted this tech to do. Long story short, the new electrician was briefed on all of this, he came here and took some pictures. And the same thing as before “$400 to start looking around.” He wasn't down near the circuit breaker panel for more than 2 minutes before seeing there was a GFI (that I didn’t know about.. it was one of the two the previous electrician replaced) and its tucked away behind my circuit breaker panel area. That GFI had tripped. So essentially he charged me $400 to press the GFI reset button, and then he left. Then to top all that off he was talking to my wife and trying to pitch her the idea that we needed a $36,000 generator!!! Or at least a whole new electrical panel for 8-10,000. Which I received in an email quote, in fact I got everything in that email quote except the cost to replace the 2 outlets I wanted. I called back upset and they said they'd push my concerns up to the management and call me immediately, that was 11 days ago. I learned my lesson, I should have gone with my towns reputable electrician for a fraction of the cost these guys are charging. I trusted them to honor their work, be fair ,and take care of my needs and they ultimately did not. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

    Electrician Jim clearly explained options and associated costs for rewiring and outlet installation. The work was completed in a very efficient and timely manner. Office communications were excellent. I would highly recommend this company.
