The office staff was super responsive on the front end and clear on expectations. Elias and Tyler arrived quickly, assessed the situation right away, and explained everything clearly before getting to work. Their professionalism, skill, and attention to safety were outstanding, especially given the urgency of the repair. They worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was secure and functioning properly before leaving. It’s reassuring to know there are electricians like Elias and Tyler who truly care about doing the job right. Highly recommend Thomas Edison Electric for any emergency electrical service needs. 10/10
