  They came out with an excellently skilled technician who repaired a major fault on our electrical system from a PECO neutral line fault. Hector came out, diagnosed the problem, called PECO and waited until their emergency service came out to explain the problem. He came back the next day with Zack and spent all day replacing our whole 200 amp panel. Great, great job!

  Hector was prompt , professional and friendly. He answered all my questions, resolved all my issues and was very thorough! I chose Thomas Edison because I’ve been happy with prior experiences with them and their excellent reviews. I will not hesitate to use them again for any electrical needs I have in the future. I highly recommend them!

  Mauricio was wonderful, knowledgeable and took time to explain what was wrong , what he did to repair the issue. Check and recheck to see if everything was ok. Very courteous and wasn’t pushy at all. Would use you guys again !

  Cameron was great. He let me pal around with him while we discussed everything I needed done. He educated me on what he was looking for while diagnosing the problems I was having, which I felt was very helpful. In the end he presented three options for me, essential, recommended, and preventative solutions, each with separate costs from low to high. It was a very positive experience; they will be my go-to electricians from now on.

  Old Whirlpool took a crap, came with the house we bought. Never had maintenance and wasn’t going to start to further cause issues. Lasted two years for us. Well the breaker it was on was a 20Amp on 12Ga wire and couldn’t find a 3800 watt tank anywhere for weeks out in the middle of Feb in NEPA. So my wife and I decided to upgrade to a 30Amp which of course comes with 10Ga needed. Cam was honest and respectful of our home. The price of course in a pinch was not what we were expecting especially having to buy a new Water heater as well but what are you gonna do. Called at 7am appointment made for 1-3pm same day. Long story short we ran the wire in the crawl, to the QO panel and to the Tank. Everything to code. Nobody wants to call an electrician and spend money but if you have to. Call Thomas Edison Electric and get lucky to have Cam. 🤘🏽
