Two you had to use a ladder to get to, I had to pay it bc my husband’s arm was in a sling and we were closing on our house. The young gentleman was super nice that did the work but if I would have had time I definitely would have gone elsewhere.😔😔😔😔 we definitely felt like we were taken advantage of today.
