Scheduling an estimate was quick and easy, and the pricing was fair and reasonable, with clear options for upgrades. When we visited their showroom, we found a wide selection of flooring choices and ultimately decided on an upgrade that we’re very happy with. Once we signed the contract, the wood was ordered and arrived sooner than expected. They even delivered it to our home ahead of time so it could properly acclimate. The crew showed up on time both days and worked full days, even into the evening. To our surprise, they completed our entire first floor in just two days. The workmanship was detailed and professional, and the crew was courteous throughout the process. Shawn and Chris were both friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the results or the timeline. We will absolutely use Hampstead Flooring again and highly recommend them.
