Over the course of 10 weeks, with multiple calls to a manager and two technician visits, we were continually assured that our Hearthstone wood-burning stove could be serviced. We paid $165 for the initial inspection in August 2025 and were told service would follow. Only after weeks of waiting were we informed that they could not service our 20-year-old stove -- something that would have been very helpful to know upfront before scheduling, paying, and waiting nearly two months. When I asked to speak with the president to share our experience, I was told he was not available and would not discuss the matter. While I was refunded the inspection fee, we are now back where we started, two months later, having to find another company on our own. A very frustrating and unnecessary waste of time.
