- LBLucky BelcaminoNov 8, 20251.0We’ve been living at our home since February 2025 and have had many warranty issues that either took 5-6 months to fix and or were not fixed to industry standard. The project managers have changed 3 times in 8 months and we keep getting lip service regarding uneven ceilings in our rooms along with mud and tape still showing even after they came out twice. We have walls in one bedroom that have popped out laterally from top to bottom they say is ‘normal’. We hired an independent contractor to come out and they say this is a sure sign of poor workmanship and should be fixed under warranty. It seems they have a lot of these same issues from their BBB page - lack of warranty performance. Cheated in Chesterfield!!! Photos shown are AFTER they came out to ‘point up’ and our project manager and his boss came out after the fact and said nothing wrong !!!!

Every builder has their issues but DRB is the only one I’ve seen who actually cares about their customers! Greta is hands down the best sales consultant there ever was, 2 years later and she still makes sure we’re happy and taken care of whenever we have any issues or concerns, she’s practically family at this point! The homes are all beautiful and I love that each one is different so we don’t look like cookie cutter homes!
