  Ethan and Ken, contractors for RCS, arrived at my home 1124 Gilchrest Drive, Wilkins Twp, on March 10, to see the aftermath of a water line leak behind my refrigerator, damaging the floor beneath the refrigerator and warping the wooden frame around the refrigerator. I also had water running into my laundry room from the kitchen, but no significant damage was caused. Both Ethan and Ken assessed the damage and subsequently placed two large fans on kitchen floor in order to dry the floor beneath the fridge and the frame and adjacent baseboard. After one week, with Ethan and Ken checking daily on the drying-out process, the two fans were removed today, 3/17, as they had done their job and the area was dry. Both men are professional and knowledgeable, and I am very pleased with their work and RCS. Thank you! Penny Boslett-Smith

  Following the most recent snowstorm, RCS sent someone over within a couple hours. Ken was experienced and kind. He communicated with me each day and kept accurate measurements of all the affected areas. The Injectidry machines were great and caused little additional damage to the walls. Ken wore disposable boot covers to keep my home clean, was careful with my belongings, and tidied up after moving any machinery. He even squeezed into a narrow area to get photos of damage for insurance purposes. I was impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

  After the major snowstorm, we gad water damage in several rooms. We called them late Friday and they called us before 8am Monday and had a crew here before 11am Monday. Every member of their crew was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very effective at remediating our problems. They came highly recommended by our insurance agent and billed insurance directly.
