They were out within about three hours to take a look at the situation, set up fans immediately to purify the air in the basement and up on the first floor, cause it was coming up through the vent came back the following day and did all the cleanup. They were very very efficient. We are extremely pleased with the work that they did returned on the final day to remove all of the equipment check to make sure everything was good that we didn’t have any water still remaining or anything I would highly recommend them to anybody.

After some long and grueling months dealing with plumbing issues my house was all but destroyed. They thoroughly identified all the damage, and took extra precautions to ensure it was taken care of safely. Ethan, Ken, Zeke, and Blaze were professional, effective, and efficient as they could possibly be under the circumstances they were faced with. Ethan and Blaze arrived on time, greeted me professionally, and educated me on what could be happening. Even though outside of their scope, they referred me back to Dani in the office who shared some references of companies I could try. One of the reasons I like working with smaller family owned businesses like Restoraction Contracting Services is that they truly care and are willing to do what is right to help me solve my problem and not just their bottom line. Although based on their service and referrals from a very satisfied client, I will definitely be keeping them top of mind for future referrals and work.
