  Low water pressure, swapy yard at the well casing. Diagnosised via phone. Verified once they arrived and fixed the 1st time they came out. I highly recommend this company for plumbing.

  I called JM Lapp to repair a burst water pipe in my garage. Kurtis and Kenny showed up twenty minutes after I called. I showed them the burst pipe and they gave me a price estimate that I couldn’t refuse. They completed the job in a timely manner. Kenny and Kurtis were courteous and professional They even treated my dogs like their own. They gave me an estimate for another job while they were here. I’ll have them out soon for the next job. Kudos all around.

  Had a great experience with this company. Communication was great. Sent me a text when they were about 20 minutes out. The technician was very informative, very professional, and seem to know his job very well. I also liked that the technician took his boots off before he entered my home, not sure if it’s common practice, but I just thought it was thoughtful of him.
