I had a leak in the hook up of my water softener system. Found it on Friday early afternoon and called and was asked to take pictures and then told to turn off the bypass until they came out the following week. That didn’t help and by Saturday morning there was a second leak. They sent someone out, but didn’t mention anything about additional emergency call fees. The technician did tell me it was supposed to be an emergency call but he wasn’t sure what I would be charged since I had originally called about it during regular business hours. I got the bill Monday morning and it was almost $400. I called about the bill and was told it would not be reduced. I was a first time customer and needless to say, a one time customer only. I will never understand how people who are suppose to run a business can’t get that by pulling this kind of thing that they lose thousands of dollars of potential income in the future from what would have been a life time customer. Oh well. I’ll get over it and get a new servicing company!

I made an inquiry yesterday. I was called fairly promptly afterward. I happened to be busy with my son with a bath at that moment though. They then called 1 minute after that. Then in the evening while I was making dinner, they called twice more. I had spoken with my husband, and we decided that he would handle getting the water tested. I got my kids ready for school this morning, and was very tired, I went back to sleep. I woke up to 3 missed calls from them. A few minutes ago, they called again. I understand that I made the inquiry, but 8 calls in not even 24 hours yet is rather excessive. Now, I don't even know if we will use this company.
