We didn’t realize how serious a problem our water quality was until we had them come in and do an analysis after we moved into our home three years ago. Hard water and extremely high chlorine levels. Our health is improved dramatically (fewer colds and flu episodes) and hard water deposits are non-existent.

I don't know if the other company just got too big merging with other water companies but it got to the point where we would go a month or nore without a delivery because they would skip our business claiming they didn't know where we were located even though we've been with them for years and they service other business in our complex. Culligan has been so personable and every time we have a new driver that's not quite sure where to go, they always call so we aren't missed. You can't beat their prices either, they are half of what we used to pay with the bigger company, being a small business we will always appreciate any cost savings. Thanks Culligan!
