He left old filters in my lawn and did not follow-up with status on the 5-year re-bedding on the filters. He did well on replacing filters and attempting to set the correct PH. The PH was off the next day. Hopefully he will be fully up to speed on the next service.

He took time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. He tested the water in my kitchen and gave me the results. Keith is pleasant, polite and always makes sure that the work area is clean, before he leaves. His Service is “first rate”.
