  If zero stars were an option, I’d be enthusiastically smashing that button. Back in 2022, I spent **thousands of dollars** installing brand-new flooring throughout my home—four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, and den. The big selling point? A **40-year warranty**. Forty. Years. My floors were apparently supposed to outlive several houseplants, two cars, and possibly a few of my children’s college degrees. Fast forward to today… and the flooring looks like it’s been through a demolition derby. As the photos show, there’s significant damage to the “luxury” tile. Since I’m your average American with four kids (read: not sitting on a secret vault of flooring money), replacing it all isn’t exactly in the budget. My current solution? Throw rugs. Lots of throw rugs. At this point my house is starting to look less like a home and more like a carpet sample showroom, but at least they hide the busted “luxury.” Now for the real punchline. I called the company to see how to get the damaged tiles replaced under that shiny **40-year warranty**… only to be told the company filed bankruptcy and is no longer in business. Apparently the warranty expired somewhere between “purchase date” and “corporate disappearing act.” So let’s recap: * Thousands spent on flooring * More money spent on installation * A 40-year warranty that lasted roughly the shelf life of a banana * Floors now covered by emergency throw rugs If you’re considering buying flooring from this company, I strongly recommend taking your money, placing it gently back in your wallet, and walking briskly in the opposite direction. Between the poor product quality, nonexistent customer service, and a warranty that vanished into thin air, this has been an incredibly frustrating (and expensive) lesson. **Consider this your friendly warning: spend your money somewhere else.**

  As a first time customer I was afforded their expertise and service just like their regular contractors. Nice to be able to speak to or email the same person while finalizing your purchase. Very happy with the service, selection, and competitive pricing. The no hassle return policy allows you to have enough on hand just in case.
