- PCPatti Colbert3 days ago1.0Charged a 94-yr-old widow $134 for work she didn’t need. An elderly woman had no heat in November and called for emergency assistance. Two months later, long after another company fixed the furnace because Central told her they couldn’t make it, she received a call that this company was coming out to fix the furnace. She was clearly confused that day and was under the impression she called that day by what she was told so she was afraid to question anything. She was charged even though there was nothing to repair and it was clear she now had heat. They failed to ask if she was still without heat after 2 months when they called; they just said they were coming. Another company didn’t want her to freeze and took care of her immediately, not 2 months later. The office wasn’t very nice when I called to discuss and never tried to resolve. I stand by my review.
- MMMary6 days ago5.0We had to get a new furnace. Central was kind enough to loan us a heater for a few days. The techs did a good job putting the furnace in. Jonathan was great with getting everything for us within a couple days. Thank you all!

Jonathan was thorough and took time to explain the anticipated work and promptly forwarded the estimate for my review. Brian & Roger were courteous and conscientious of their work area, cleaning up after themselves and pleasant to talk to.as well. My only negative critique is that the intake & discharge white piping could have been elevated about 4”-6” higher to avoid a bump hazard. I’m 5’8” and can pass by ok but 6’ or more would have been better. It’s partially my fault cause I didn’t get down there to see it until after it was completed. In their defense the walkway can be routed away to avoid it. Great job!!

He completed the job quickly and talked to us afterward and asked if we had any additional question and to call if we had any problems. I was very pleased with Central’s service. I called for service and we had a sales person come promptly. After deciding what we wanted they were able to install the new furnace the next day. I really appreciated the fast service because it is cold out and our old furnace was broken
