  Had a deck replaced by Phase 4 and am very impressed with the results. Jim and his crew are top notch deck builders. Some words that come to mind for this project are: craftsmanship, precision, sturdiness, teamwork and attention to detail. Even the inspector said that this is among the best builds he has seen. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

  Working with Phase 4 was wonderful. From the beginning, Matt noticed that we had shingles which had been recalled, and suggested that we notify our home insurance company. Then, Matt worked with our insurance, who eventually agreed to a complete roof replacement. This was on top of already giving the best estimate of the companies we had initially contacted. The workers who did the replacement were very efficient, and they cleaned up very thoroughly. Overall, a great experience.

  The experience is had with phase 4 contract was amazing the customer service was phenomenal. My deck looks like it's straight out of a magazine. Pricing was fair. The time frame for the work was 7 days it actually was done in 5. Nice job .

  If I could do 6 or more stars I would. Great job with siding, porches, gutters, shutters and re-installing windows correctly by poor installation by a subpar contractor prior. They were professional, efficient, kind, worked incredibly hard and cleaned up every evening. I have three dogs that could have been a bit of a challenge, but they handled it all so well and smoothly. I am a Realtor and I know my expectation are high. Matt made sure, with his amazing team, that nothing was not attended to. Would truly recommend them for siding, windows, roofing (did mine 7 years ago), porches and any interior/exterior additions needed. Kudos to Phase 4 Contracting and their crew!
