Our original roof was put on by the builder but as the years went by the shingles were blown off. Phase 4 Contracting LLC replaced the shingles each year for less than the original company. We finally decided on replacing the roof. We received several quotes. Phase 4 Contracting offered competitive pricing and was very open regarding their licensing and insurance. The roof and gutters were completed this week in a very professional manner. We highly recommend Phase 4 Contracting for any roofing or gutter work.

Of the three roofing companies I contacted, Phase 4 was the only one to follow up with me in order to answer questions regarding their proposal. The proposal clearly identified everything that was going to be done. Matt and his team provided superior customer service. All questions/concerns regarding the work in our contract were quickly answered/resolved to my satisfaction. Pictures of the job being performed were provided by John who did our repairs, which was a great way to make me feel comfortable that the job was thoroughly completed!
