  Phase 4 did a great job on our home this past summer. We receive compliments from family, friends, and neighbors constantly. Jim and his crew's work on our new deck and screened porch is 2nd to none. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail really shines through in the finished product. John and team did fabulous work installing our new windows and siding. They worked tirelessly (including weekends) to ensure our vision was realized. A big thank you to everyone at Phase 4 for a job well done.

  Nobody wants to have their roof replaced, but if you are faced with this task, do yourself a favor and use Phase 4 Contracting. From start to finish, their service is second to none. Matt, John, and the whole team are pretty amazing and go above and beyond to get the job done and done right. Matt helped us through the whole process of getting an insurance claim for wind/hail damage and we are indebted to him. Currently, our new roof is putting all the other roofs on our block to shame. We now have total peace of mind knowing that our house will be thoroughly protected from everything Mother Nature has to throw at us for many years to come.

  I received prompt, professional and thoughtful service. John visited my home the next day, early in the a.m. on his way to work to assess the situation. He was fair, professional and thoughtful in his evaluation of the work to be done to fix my roof leak. He did NOT try to upsell or offer service other than what needed to be done. The follow-up with girls in the office for scheduling was also very professional and thoughtful. They worked to squeeze my project in before the next rain and kept me updated along the way. Thank you Phase 4 you have earned my business for life!

  We're always a little wary of roofers because so few of them have real experience with flat roofs, but Phase 4 Contracting had good reviews for these things. John’s estimate was almost exactly what the insurance company said it should be, and everyone involved was very nice and professional. It took a little longer than we would have thought to schedule the repair, and then we were delayed for a few days because there were two days of rain. Once they did arrive, though, it only took a couple of hours and I think they did a good job. They sent us before and after photos, and again were very professional. Other than the delays which was weather related, I think they were excellent to deal with and we have no complaints. I will definitely use them again!

  We had a great experience with Phase 4. They replaced our roof and a lot of rotted wood in one day - quite impressive given the scope of the work. Matt had a big team here early in the morning until 6pm at night. Their customer service was excellent, from Joe who came over to check out the job and give an estimate, to the crew, to Nicole and Kelly who handled all of the follow up. A number of our neighbors commented on how impressed they were with the scope of the job being completed in one day.
