If you don’t want to read a lengthy review I will just tell you right up front that if you are thinking of hiring these guys for a project you should definitely do it. They are excellent. Now for the long winded version. We had recently purchased a small property with a very small house on it that we wanted to have demolished to make way for a driveway and larger yard. we got an estimate from a landscaper who gave us absolutely no indication of when he would be able to get the project done. We decided to be patient and wait for a while but, whenever asked, the landscaper would tell us he had no idea when he would be able to complete the project. It got to be five months later. We only had one month left on the demolition permit before we decided we should get someone else. I looked on Google Maps for demolition contractors in the area. Beatty showed up in the listing so I decided to check out their website. It looks professional and they even had their cell phone numbers in the contact information. So I decided to give them a call. Guess what happened next? Someone actually answered the phone, a highly unusual occurrence with many contractors. The person who answered the phone was Denise. She was very professional and answered all my questions. She took my information and stated that they would do an estimate for the project. The price was good, I excepted and then within 2 weeks after that the house was gone. All throughout the process, great communication was maintained between the Beatty Family and myself. When I needed some extra services that were not in the original contract, they were happy to accommodate me. Beatty is a wonderful, family owned and operated demolition business. I would hire them again anytime and will be recommending them to my home repair contractor for services he might need.
