The house, built in the 70s, had been remodeled at some point with poorly installed LVP that was already buckling in several places. After closer inspection, we discovered there was no proper subfloor—just squares of particle board. My husband and I decided on solid hardwood flooring for the main living areas and porcelain tile for the kitchen and sunroom. Bob and Caleb offered us an incredibly fair price that included removing the particle board, installing all new subfloor, and completing the flooring project. It was a large job that took four weeks, but the results were well worth it. The crew—David, Albert, Max, Dan, and Mike—were outstanding from start to finish. Their skill, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth, and the cleanup was just as impressive as the installation itself. Each of them is truly a master of their craft, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Nolt’s. Thank you for such a beautiful job!
