He wore shoe covers (I have had so many workers/salesmen/contractors in my home since buying a house- none of them put shoe covers on - I was very happy about that!) He came for a consultation but we will be booking them for the work we need done because the tech was extremely knowledgeable and honest. He gave me advice on how to stay safe until the work is done and explained what was going on in a way I was able to understand. My husband works in office so its very overwhelming for me to try and comprehend all of this new stuff on my own - He was very understanding and patient with me. Thank you for a wonderful experience even in a stressful situation.
