I am so pleased with the work and professionalism provided by this company! We had a semi-emergent matter so my husband called and they were able to schedule us quickly! Dylan C. was our technician and I cannot say enough great things! He was punctual, professional, honest, and fair! He was very knowledgeable in his craft. We will probably be needing some more things done in the future, and will be definitely be going through Dylan at Mister Sparky! We had a great experience with Mr. Sparky. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Nathan and his team were fantastic—professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They worked quickly and efficiently, and even added an extra outlet in a room that didn’t previously have one, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Overall, a smooth process and a great experience. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with a circuit breaker for my dryer overheating and tripping. After calling another local company that continually rescheduled me for a week, I called Mister Sparky who prioritized it as a critical call for the fire hazard that it was, and came out the same day. Dylan was the technician and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly providing us peace of mind. Will absolutely call Mister Sparky again when I need help in the future.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I spoke with Jason from Mister Sparky on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was very professional but friendly. The electrician Patrick was sent and was prompt and very courteous. He started diagnosing the issue and applied several fixes, unfortunately that didn't solve the problem. Then he tried switching two fixtures and he thought the issue was solved. After making sure that everything was put back into order, broke out a vacuum to clean the area. I paid him and he went outside and got in his vehicle. The issue started again. Here is where it gets GOOD. We notified him and he came back in and called the shop for assistance. Nate was sent over immediately and the two of them started trouble shooting again. Within a half hour through exquisite teamwork they found the issue, applied the fix, cleaned up and were gone. When I asked how much more I owed, Patrick said, "no additional charge". A month before, we engaged Gillese Services to try to fix the same issue with no luck and a bigger bill. Their tech tried to sell us some VERY expensive services, so we declined. So, Mister Sparky, welcome to Murrysville, PA with your business model of honesty and hard work, you’ll be here for a long time. Thank you!
