- DGDeborah Rood GoldmanDec 23, 20251.0Stressful and disheartening experience. Our not-for-profit institution will no longer use Brickworks. They were the first and only supplier for our outdoor engraved brick patio. After several years of ordering from them, they shipped our last order of 40 engraved bricks in the wrong size for the existing patio, and tried to blame us for their mistake. Their customer service "manager" was always "in a meeting" when we called, and equally slow about responding to emails. Stay away.
