However when it was time to turn the heat on this Fall nothing worked so we called them once more. The service tech alerted us that THEIR work performed this summer was left incomplete with wires not connected AND continued to bill us yet a 2nd time- even with our insistence that this was the result of their work to fix their mistakes. Steer clear if you want a job done right and only one bill.
