  I had a really phenomenal experience with Zach and his team. They installed an onboard humidifier on our home HVAC last year, and when our furnace started failing in January, they were able to come out and help keep it going for a few more months instead of forcing an immediate replacement. When it finally gave out in March during that random 15-degree cold snap, they replaced the furnace and got our heat back on quickly. They were responsive, practical, and easy to work with through the whole process. I’m very thankful for their help and would absolutely use them again.

  Our heat pump furnace had a power surge from the recent power outage Pittsburgh had. I called Zach as soon as it happend late Sunday night and he said someone would be out first thing in the morning. He and his team were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the parts ordered under warranty with next day shipping. He was able to help in a critical moment. This is why I went with his company in the first place to get our new heat pump furnace installed. We are back up and heating and made a worrisome thing turn out to be okay. Awesome job!!!

  Excellent service, support and price. They were here almost immediately to repair my problem, then when I decided to replace my furnace thet counted my service bill towards the price of the new furnace. I've been using ZC (And Chuck Willis) for close to 2 decades and 2 homes, and will surely use them for my next.

  We had an issue with some of our HVAC equipment and call Willis heating and cooling. The owner Zach came himself and had us up and running that day. Work was prompt and professional and prices were very reasonable. I would gladly recommend him.
