  I hope I have enough space to express how dissatisfied we are with cabinets to go. We got the Shaker-style cabinets installed in November '25 (two had to be replaced for they were damaged). The salesman/"designer" that helped us actually ghosted us after the sale. He would not return our multiple calls and emails. He sold us spacer wood as crown and so when we returned it, the manager was going to charge us a 20% restocking fee until he realized that it wasn't crown then waved the fee (so that was good). We ordered 42" cabinet's, he sold us a spice rack for a 12" wall cabinet (which came in weeks after the cabinets were installed because he didn't order it). After installation, we discovered it was a 30" spice rack for they didn't make them for 42" cabinets. So, we had to deal with the instability of the spice rack, in fact the oil spritzer fell out and shattered the glass top of our two-month-old stove, so now we need to order a new stovetop. Needless to say, we're going to put the shelves back in 12" cabinet and try to figure out the door handle, etc. but there are no supports for the shelves in the box so we have to get more of those. Also, before the countertop was even installed in January, there were dents and scuffs on the cabinets already, some due to the rubber stoppers actually leaving an imprint in the wood (cheap). The countertop is off because the base cabinet itself is uneven. We had 30" cabinets, went to 42" thinking we'd have more space but it actually seems to be less space. It's just been one thing after another it seems with these cabinets. I'd highly discourage anyone from buying them, even with the 30%-40% off deals - not worth it. Unless you're flipping a house, I guess. I've discouraged three possibly four people from using them already. I will continue. I wish I had my old kitchen back! :(
