- JRJonna ReigleAug 5, 20241.0It has been almost two weeks since our Jeeps windshield got cracked from paving debris falling off their machinery on 99N. When they were first notified(within hours of it happening) they denied it was their truck and trailer with machinery. Then, we sent screenshots showing their truck and clearly showing the highway signs with exit ramp information. License plate and their truck company logo on the side of their dump truck. Then I received an email stating they were going to submit it to their insurance and it would be dealt by them. I never heard anything from them. I honestly doubt it was submitted. I then asked for their insurance company so I could speak to them, since I no longer talk to anyone directly, other than the receptionist.They denied me access to their insurance company. We do not make it a habbit to call companies and make false claims. We work hard for what we have and my son (his jeeps windshield) works at a landscaping /nursery business all summer to have money for school. Several hundreds of dollars might not mean all that much to a business like RC Bowman, but it does to us. This so called REPUTABLE BUSINESS and "As local as they come" needs to do the right thing and take responsibility for their trucks and machinery on major highways. I wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't the truth. Rich Bowman needs to do the right thing.
