The check-in visit was friendly, unrushed, and professional. We're very happy with our service. Our installation has lasted 19 years and counting in good condition without line breaks, and we've had 3 happy dogs endlessly enjoy the yard over those years!

They partially completed a repair to our system, leaving a wire exposed that allowed our dog to get entangled and tear her ACL (despite us warning that this could happen and after three cancelled appointments to fix). When we simply asked for help with her medical bills they offered a mere $300 refund of service fee (if we signed disclosure agreement) leaving us with the rest of the medical cost (almost $9000). Hard to believe they market that they help your pet when they care more about their profits than their customers. We’ve since removed the system ourselves. We’ll find other “safer” containment options for our dog! Good riddance.
