Two technicians, Paul and Pat, came out to service our heating system, and they were both extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Paul took the time to inspect the system thoroughly before starting any work, then cleaned the burners and bled the radiators, making sure everything was running smoothly. He also provided multiple detailed solutions tailored specifically to the type of system we have, which was really helpful and reassuring. Pat later came out to provide estimates for replacing the boiler, and he explained everything clearly so we could make an informed decision. Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality of service, transparency, and professionalism from GEN3. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable heating or HVAC work!
