They were great with scheduling and letting me know what time when they would arrived to my home. The technician Rich came out the first time and was nice . He was able to explain the issue and what parts I needed for my furnace. Once the parts were available he came and completed the repair. I then needed him to come back out because the issues wasn’t resolved and the guy appeared to have an attitude and a little unwelcoming.

A request for "simple repairs" in our older home led Jordan to recommend an evaluation of our system. Evan came the next day and offered multiple options for work to be done. Neither tried to upsell on what was needed. Jordan, Prince, Gordon, and Lauren all provided prompt, professional, and friendly service, and cleaned up very well. Jordan and Gordon finished the job by painstakingly finding ways to solve one of the original problems without costing us a lot more money. They were terrific! We highly recommend them!

But like ALL workmen I have had in the past five years- did not clean up after finishing the job. I had to spend an hour cleaning all the sawdust from across my 15’ basement where the wood was drilled. (Plus taking the splinter out of my foot before i realized all the sawdust and wood on the floor.)It got in my storage boxes as well. I thought spending over a thousand dollars for this job - I would not have to spend all this time cleaning. Maybe this company can be a trendsetter and train their workmen to leave the job as clean as they found it. Thank you
