  Had work done on my electric tankless water heater. They came out the same day and diagnosed the problem, they were able to order the part and they repaired the water heater within two days. They were amazing, and they talked me thru the process of what was wrong and how to repair it. The technicians that worked on my water heater where amazing, they communicate well with each other to get the job done. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Evan is very knowledgeable about the electrical changes that I needed.And what would work best for me?In my situation. I appreciate his high level of expertise and spending the time with me to go over the quote. Evan was friendly, outgoing, and patient.

  From the initial phone call, to checking out, working with Gen3 was a breeze. The thousands of positive google reviews set the bar high and they somehow still exceeded expectations. The staff at the office is friendly and responsive. Day of, there is tons of communication to make sure you're ready for the technician to arrive. Service was thorough and solved our problem. Huge shoutout to Rob Pallister who did an awesome job and was a pleasure to have over. Thanks, Gen3!

  We had Will Schrier, now my preferred GEN3 electrician, perform an electric tune-up and some long overdue lighting work for our house. So pleased with the work - he re-ran the estimates from a previous electrician and was able to offer us a more manageable quote. I think the quality is always there with GEN3 - always recommend them to my friends. We also had Zack Gebauer perform a heating tune-up a few weeks ago and he identified some issues that would have gotten way worse if not addressed - helped us complete some preventative maintenance and now we know what to look out for. I always learn a lot when GEN3 technicians come to my house!

  Pat Curran was extremely thorough very polite and very honest. He gave me all the information I needed to know and explained that gen 3 is a full-service company and they will be here Wednesday morning to finalize the deal and replace the hot water heater. I was also very impressed that you are a full-service company and Pat explain that to me and when they get it all done they take the old heater with them.
