  I had an absolutely amazing experience with Harris Plumbing and Heating, and I can’t say enough great things about Montrell Busbee. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly takes pride in his work. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and expertise, which made the whole process stress-free. Montrell came with an apprentice (I wish I remembered his name because he was just as impressive!), and together they were fantastic. They were very polite, friendly, and respectful of my home. Their work was extremely clean and well done, and they even went above and beyond by making extra room for my unit, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, professionalism, and great customer service the way they do. I’m so glad I chose Harris Plumbing and Heating—this was truly a top-notch experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  I called Harris Ryan Wagner because my thermostat suddenly went completely black and both the heat and AC stopped working. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He checked the furnace, AC, outdoor unit, electrical connections, and refrigerant pressure. Even though my system is about 30 years old, he explained everything honestly and told me that the system still works and there are no major issues right now—just normal aging that I should keep an eye on. He didn’t try to upsell anything or exaggerate the situation. He got the system running again and only charged the $138 service fee. Very transparent, trustworthy, and professional. I will continue using their services.

  Good Morning, Let me start off by saying this 1 star review is Not intended for the tech. Marvin Guzman as he was very professional and did a great job . **Now to explain why I'm giving Harris Plumbing and Heating 1 star. When we first called for Harris to come out, the technician told my Husband we only needed to buy a new motor for our attic fan. My Husband in turn ordered the almost $400. part just and when we called Harris to come out Mr. Guzman informed my Husband we needed more parts and new blades. At this point we're furious because the first technician gave us missed information. If we would have known we needed more than just the motor in the begin we could've just brought a new attic fan instead of piecing a fan together. Harris why did the first technician give us incorrect information that ended up costing us more money?

  We hired Harris to replace our water heater. It was very easy to get the appointment from them. It was done by Daniel Smith who was not only a great plumber but also a great human being. He was extremely extremely nice person and very kind. He had to visit Home Depot to get some stuff. Some of the water from previous leaked from the previous heater and our carpet got some spot. He hired a carpet cleaner and get it fixed. I really appreciate the service and really appreciate Dan as a person. To me it is very important how you are dealing with other people and Dan was 100/100 . Thanks and I appreciate everything.

  I was home on vacation and wanted a few things done while I was off - last minute- I called Harris only because I have seen their trucks in the area - they got me booked for same day - NO extra cost and I had 2 services done. I was so pleased with their - 1 , quick response and 2, the way they kept me updated on arrival time. Then the services guy Dalton arrived for my thermostat change - and he was so pleasant as I was stressed getting things done. He was knowledgeable and helped me with my phone hook up also. The second service was for a plumber and again I got top service - he helped me and expat everything to me - so helpful and his help was so much appreciated. Also I wanted to add - Dalton told me about the yearly service contract and I signed up on the spot - it is a fraction of what I was paying with my other provider and they could not schedule me for more than 2 weeks. So I could not be happier and will be calling them back soon for more work!!!!
