  It was discovered on Saturday that we had cracks in our furnace and needed the HVAC system, which was from 1999, replaced. Daimon, Josh, and the rest of the team got here first thing Monday morning and got to work on the replacement. Everything went smoothly, and they answered all my questions with ease. They walked me through everything that was done at the end when they finished, and cleaned up everything too. New system works great already and I have piece of mind to boot.

  We have an old house and our toilet rocked for years. We knew the repair was not a simple one. Kregg from Harris Plumbing was very thorough examining the problem and offered us many options each with a separate estimate. I felt I could choose what and how much I wanted done with no pressure. The repair and toilet replacement was completed in one day and we are very satisfied with the results! This was our first experience with Harris Plumbing and it will not be our last.

  My experience with TY McNair from Harris plumbing was amazing. He’s a lifesaver! My water purification system, water heater and HVAC system needed to be replaced all at once. He contacted the office to get me someone the very next day to come out to give me an estimate of a new heating and cooling system. He worked hard throughout the day and into the evening. Answered all my questions and was prompt with his service. Super knowledgeable in plumbing and made my life easier. Everything has been working great since the installation and I appreciate all his hard work! Call Harris for all your plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling needs. They are the best and have the best price too! I’m definitely calling them again!

  This review is about the office staff and scheduling. Called early am for appointment and requested 4:00. I was told there was an appointment available so I scheduled. I called again at 3:30 to make sure we were on track for 4. I was told that the technician is “finishing up” and will head to my house. At 5:15 I called again and was told that tech is 40 minutes away, still working and ETA was 6:00. At 6:00 I get a call to confirm appointment and that tech will travel at rush hour (at least an hour) to my house. That would make ETA at least 7:00 pm. At that point I canceled. Frustrating—rushed home from work.

  I had the pleasure of having Bryan Peacock with Harris Plumbing, Heating & Electrical do some work on my house yesterday. Kitchen sink garbage disposal - he successfully handled my issue without me needing to buy a new unit, which saved me money. Also handled my hot water heater and addressed the too-high temperature setting (which was the builder's issue) and installed a new pressure release valve. Bryan was very personable, respectful, knowledgeable and informative with regards to troubleshooting for the future in both regards. He gave me very solid advice and tips, which is priceless. I did not feel pressured to have upsell type things done, yet we did review what a fee basics might have been, but I don't need them now. Overall, this is my 3rd experience and I am very happy with the service, including communication with scheduling and dispatch. Being a member has its perks too! Thank You!
