    Originally I thought all I needed was an outdoor spigot replaced. It was discovered by Paul that the pipes leading to the spigot were brittle. A disaster waiting to happen; plus my water pressure was registering much too high. I was previously experiencing the high water pressure particularly in my shower & my washing machine water flow. Another incident of a water happenstance waiting to occur. All was corrected in a timely matter.

    1 stair 3/9/2026 -Had them come out for an electrical issue. They showed up and took my light switch’s out. Never did anything else. Told me it would be 25k and I had to rewire my house when o said that’s not possible they said 21k. Still not possible they said “let me try to rewire this to a different junction” brought new wire in and told me after about 20-30 minutes they could not fix it. Had to pay almost $400 bucks and had nothing done. The kicker a friend who works and a union electrons came over we traced the wires. Not one things wrong also no new wire was attempted by Harris, found out it was a damaged three way switch. Was fixed in less then 30 minutes. Filed a complaint and haven’t heard a thing. $400 bucks down the drain. 3 star Update 3/12/26- Sara called me today to ask about my review, we discussed my concerns and she apologized. Not only did she apologize but she also stated they would change the transaction and only charge me for the fee I was told over the phone $65 dollars. It is nice to know a company is responsive to people not only the ones who are satisfied but those who have concerns. For this reason I changed my review.

    For starts, Harris never mentioned the $128 free to diagnose my issues when I called and asked for an appointment. Took the Harris tech about 2 hours to determine what turned out to be a basic, routine upgrade of my 100 watt panel. Instead of the $8k estimate (never got the actual quote in writing) I found a local electrician to do the job for less than $800 with the diagnosis and install in less than 2.5 hours. Lesson learned - never hire a tri-state service with a big name.

    Service requested to replace my 13 year old shower faucet cartridge: Some challenges with scheduling but all forgotten b/c of the excellent work completed by Mr.Jaylen/plumbing service technician.Mr.Jaylen was punctual & quite respectful. He proudly shared a bit about his professional plumbing experience & completed a thorough evaluation of shower fixtures(including check behind access panel).Recommendations were clearly explained;and opportunity provided for my questions/concerns. So great to see skilled professionals take pride in their work while providing great customer service.Thank you Mr.Jaylen/ 5 stars for sure!

    Technician; CHRIS was efficiently good. He inspected and provided important information for us. Also, based upon our setting and layout he made some good recommendations towards heating and cooling. One of those ideas was to relocate thermostat in the 1st level floor, so our heat pump will be more efficient and we may be able to save money in the long run. So, as far as I’m concerned he demonstrated that he is a good Technician ! He also replaced a part outside central air unit.
