Called 4 times and was told I would be called back, never was and then was given an attitude by the women answering at corporate the 4th time I called back. Understand that the day was tough for them with the outages but at least be honest about the info you’re giving. You told me you gave me an answer that you didn’t not and then was rude. Won’t use again.
- KKKevin KulishJun 20, 20251.0The afternoon before yesterday’s big storm (6/19/2025) my Generac generator service was confirmed be Advanced Electrical Services Group (“AESG”) as the second appointment of the assigned technician’s schedule the next day. My emergency generator was not functioning and had an error code. When no one showed up by 11:00 am, I called AESG’s offices to check on the confirmed service I was told that my service was cancelled because other people lost power and were more important. Well we lost power to our home as well and were without a functioning back-up generator. So AESG did not call to check on whether we had power, and unilaterally decided to cancelled confirmed service work. I cannot trust the word of their office staff and will take my business elsewhere.
