- RGrob goodall2 days ago1.0Not sure who it was, shop foreman, yard foreman, manager, but my guy stopped to pick up a mini excavator. When loading the machine, he noticed a flat tire. He asked if anyone had a four way to spin the lug nuts off and to swap out the tire. Nope, no help, no assistance, no human decency. He had his material unloaded off the trailer to load this machine up also. While my guy was figuring out next steps he was told to move his trailer. My PM told them to just cancel the rental and we took business elsewhere. Would that have happened in my parking lot we would have help get this person back up and running. Some people have lost touch with his being a decent person.
