After consulting with three different water companies, we settled on Negley's for the job and have zero regrets. Eric was friendly and responsive through every step of the process. I greatly appreciated his knowledge and how real and genuine he was about what system components were necessary for us to get good quality water again, his ability to answer my questions, and his way of explaining how things worked in an easy way. I never once felt like I was being pressured into things I didn't need or "the most expensive thing." The installation team was also very kind, timely, and did an excellent job getting us set up - it certainly wasn't an easy one to tackle! They even responded to our call quickly the following morning when we noticed a minor leak and took care of it. Everyone was professional and helpful from consultation to install to the follow-up. Huge thank you to Eric and the team at Negley's!
