It took almost three months to get the appointment set up. Then the day of the appointment Noone showed up. The office had me on the wrong day. I luckily had an email that proved I was correct. They had the crew come out that night. They finished the install. And the company corrected the issue. The I have no complaints about the window installation. I would hire Joe again to do any of my windows.
