  I was disappointed with the services I received from Capstone Quality Services. Ethan and Jacob Manes were difficult to get responses to questions. They complained about having to travel to my home so I guess that’s why they didn’t supervise the crew and tell them this is not appropriate. This is how they protect the floors. I had to clean up 3 times after they left since the floor was left unprotected and stuck in the wood grains. If they tell you they use cardboard as you can see it’s butcher paper. Not sure why they didn’t care enough about this job to show “quality” but I expected more respect than this during this process to my home.

  Capstone performed the repair for our home insurance claim related to water damage. They were very professional, timely, and performed quality services we needed to return our home. Jacob and Ethan were great to work with.

  Ethan and team did a great job on our bathroom shower project. Ethan was on time and thorough and paid attention to the details. The pricing and time of the project were very clear from the beginning and the team showed up when expected and even with a storm that brought 2 feet of snow finished on time (given the snow delay). The work quality is excellent. I would recommend Capstone Quality Services for your project.
