  I am very pleased by the new beams and footings that Keystone Basement Systems installed in my basement to shore up the foundation and joists. They look great and will provide stability for decades. Great work, fair prices, and phenomenal communication and prompt answers from the entire team along the way, especially Michael Ashburn. I appreciate how Michael took the time to thoroughly explain options, scenarios, impacts, and costs along with sending detailed proposals. He also educated on where I could monitor other areas for changes versus where other companies had merely sought to sell me products and services that may not be a long term solution for my home and even unnecessary. They also checked in to make sure I was satisfied after. Top notch service, highly recommend!!

  What a great crew I had to install supplemental support jacks under my 1973 crawlspace. These gentlemen were of the highest quality and communicated thoroughly even when they had to give me news that altered our project. Michael, our project manager made sure we were in the know about the first phase of this project the whole time and was upfront, honest and kind through the whole process. He made us feel like we were his first priority even when I had questions for him on his day off. He never hesitated to answer a question or provide an opinion. The foreman of the crew Tom, was thorough and transparent with each stage of this first project and took the time to make sure I understood everything they were doing. Joey, the co-Forman, stepped in and was very kind and helpful when I asked him a range of questions as well. Both Joey and Tom made it feel like they taking care of my home like it was theirs. Jaylen and Montell, two of the installers on the crew, are some fine young men that work hard and well with their foreman’s. They were so polite and thanked me many times for things they didn’t even need to thank me for. If I ever have to do something like this again or know a friend who needs this work done, I will be calling these men. They know what they’re doing and they provide a great service. I’m excited to have Keystone back in the spring to complete an encapsulation of my crawlspace. If they are anything like this crew, I know I’m in good hands.

  So where do I start, I called this company to do work on my basement June 19 2024 after give them 5,000 dollars down on 9000 dollar job. Your people came and damaged two rooms in my basement. And then the manager talk to me, like I was stupid and illiterate as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I have pictures and video to prove your company destroyed my basement. And after a year of not being able to use my basement, especially the bathroom, they came in to finish what should have been done the first time. Then your people tried to get me to pay them an additional $4000. I told him no, so they drop it to $2,000 but I paid a $1000. Now your trying to put a $5000 lean on my house but this is how you do business. The pictures and videos are coming soon especially to the news. I would think hard before you use them. My lawyer also says not to give you nothing. But while you watch, I would watch how you're people planned to take us for our money because they thought we had no cameras in my home as they did their work and destruction of my bathroom, my pipes to the bathrooms and kitchen. I mean you want to put a lean on my home for $1000 so I believe we should just settle this in court and tv.

  Frank was prompt as well as communicated with me before and the day of the scheduled visit to examine a basement project. He was prepared with all the equipment he needed to give an estimate. He was my third estimate, hence I was impressed with his preparedness. He not only showed pictures of the crawl space to me as he explained our issues but offered to speak to the group making the final decision. He had literature for me to use in my presentation. At our board meeting, he was able to negotiate by way of a couple of calls. Via speaker phone he did respond to questions. His follow-up between our first and second meetings, Frank would touch base to see if he could answer any questions but not pushy, genuine interest in our understanding of what would be happening. There will be another review once our project is complete.
