  Been a customer for 30 yrs. Mike is always very prompt with estimates and price has always been the most reasonable of all the estimates we received. Jen a pleasure to work with scheduling all our service needs and the service techs have always been on time for annual service and/or repairs. Only HVAC company our family wil use. Highly recommend to anyone needing new heating/air conditioning and all other service needs.

  Expert craft and support staff provided a professional quality project completed in a timely manner on budget. All system equipment engineering questions answered. Post installation customer training for the new HVAC system very thorough. Ceiling tiles restored and abandoned cabling removed. From start to finish this was a good job.

  Edward Kemp is the best around. I used them to install a new heating and air system in my parents house years ago and I use them for my twice a year maintenance on my own heating and air system in my home. They keep my system in top running condition and when the time comes, they will be installing my new system because they are the best and fairest price people around.   They were extremely professional, knowledgable, informative, and actually calculated the size of the units required for being a complete and efficient system. All workers were extremely friendly, kind, considerate and left all areas clean. It was a pleasure to deal with Ed and all of the installers. I have called on them for other installation work at a different residence. I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend their expertise.

  I was recently offered a Free Furnace Tune-up from another company. They were amazed at how clean my furnace was based on it date of installation. They spent all of 20 minutes to do their tune-up. Kemp takes from an hour to an hour & a half to do their thorough tune-up. Needles to say I rescheduled my tune-up with Kemp. I can truthfully say that in all of my years in using Kemp I never had an issue with my furnace or HVAC unit.
