  I having been using Kemp for more than 30 years. They are consistently professional, responsive, reliable, and helpful. Scheduling is easy and managed by the extremely competent Jenn (sp.). Technicians are very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. Kemp is platinum-plus. You cannot find a better company.

  I've been dealing with Edward L. Kemp for perhaps ten (10) tears. I have found them to be prompt, professional, and experts in both maintenance and repairs. I have a service contract with Kemp, and that reminds me to have the HVAC serviced in the spring and fall, which I would likely fail to remember otherwise.

  We had a problem with our furnace at the coldest time of the winter. Called Kemps and they came out and we had to order us a new furnace. We ended up with no heat for just a day! The very next day they came out and installed a new one after picking it up in Pgh and by late afternoon we had heat. You can’t beat that service!

  We hired Edward L Kemp to do a full HAVC install. We talked of the best way to run the ductwork to coordinate with the lighting. They removed the radiators and unnecessary pipes and finished the job in the time they stated. They also come for a follow up visit to make sure everything was working correctly and they even changed my filter for me. Will recommend them to anyone and everyone.
