I contacted Susquehanna siding to see about replacing the siding. Chris pointed out several areas that were probably causing the problems. He proposed to replace the siding with more reliable horizontal siding and also replace the gutters, soffit and fascia as well as new house wrap and rubber window seal. As the old siding was removed, there were indeed many areas of rotten wood sheathing. They cut out and rebuilt all of the damaged areas. Furthermore, they re-engineered some of the gutters and flashing to address the root cause of places where water was getting in. The house is a contemporary style so there were challenging angles and high walls. I am extremely pleased with the results! Chris and his crew showed up promptly every day as long as the weather allowed them to work safely. Their experience and work ethic to “do it right” makes me confident that I had the best team that I could get for the repairs that I needed.
