  I worked directly with Tuff Shed (did not contract with them thru a big box store) and had a pleasant experience. Designing the shed was easy and straightforward, as was placing the order. After I placed my order, Tuff Shed contacted me to schedule the install right away, and even offered to have the install completed 3 business days from the date I ordered. I also appreciated how their quotes were transparent, included installation fees from the get go, and were easy to build on my own. The shed was built without issue. The contractors unintentionally left damage on my property (driveway scrapes from trailer) and I commend Tuff Shed for the professional and timely manner in which they addressed my concerns. I would recommend and use again.

  Tuff Shed was fantastic to work with. Their online configuration tool makes the design process super easy to complete, and more importantly, visualize what the finished product will look like. The installation team made quick work of taking down our old shed, and then got the new shed up in just a few hours. Even better, they recognized that my shelving configuration would place the top shelf directly across one of the windows and worked with me to adjust the shelving configuration. Finally, Gena was a huge help after installation when I decided to upgrade to the keyless door handle option. The handle arrived shortly after my request, and it was a great addition to the already amazing build quality. Overall, a great experience with Tuff Shed and would definitely use them in the future.

  Tuff sheds was the most horrible experience. They refused to give me a copy of their insurance so i could get the permit they required to deliver the shed. They had no problem taking my money though. We ended up having having to fight home depot for my money back. After finally getting it back we went to Stoltzfus structures and they sold us a shed and we had it delivered in 4 days. Tuff Sheds was the worst. I will never deal with them again.

  So far so good. Ordering was easy and convenient. All questions were answered to my satisfaction, so I placed the order. PJ was a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully down the road the installation go off with any drama!

  PJ was terrific to work with and he really went the extra mile to assure the shed Was scheduled for us anytime I would message him we would get right back to me unlike everyone else I called and called and emailed they never responded back thanks so much PJ we have saved your number
