- MSMs SAPJul 8, 20201.0If I could give zero stars, I would. My complaint will sound familiar. The installation of the wood floors from Callaghan is the worst installation I have ever seen. We continue to have MAJOR problems that include splitting, separating, chipping and uneven floorboards. Callaghan's has been out several times, but offer no solutionS. They insist it is not their problem. I also bought tile from them and have had serious issues with both the tile and the grout. Again, we have been told they will not fix it. I don't post reviews but am so frustrated with this establishment that I had no other recourse. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM CALLAGHAN CARPET AND FLOORING.
